You won’t find any rice flour, tapioca or potato starch in our kitchen. We don’t use the same mass produced carbohydrate loaded cake mixes that make our cakes like most gluten free bakeries. Our cakes are all nut based with organic ground almonds with the added nutritional benefits of organic Flaxseed for the Omega’s our bodies need and the extra protein from organic Quinoa.

This cake has become one of our best sellers and you will be amazed at the light and fluffy vanilla bean almond cake decorated with fresh vanilla bean mousse. We also don’t bake Gluten Free just once a week between gluten included products like other bakeries. In fact we only bake Gluten Free in our DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE facility to elimate any risk of cross contamination. Our Cakes are baked fresh to order. They are shipped frozen via priority overnight and with ice packs during hotter months to protect them during shipping. Also available baked sugar free if you are diabetic or avoiding sugar.
